This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a large 268 acre property in Cleveland County North Carolina. The property consists of about 75-80 acres of wood lots and creek bottoms. The remaining acreage is in agricultural fields. These fields are normally in row crops. The crop for 2025 has not been established yet. I found plenty of deer sign on this property during my walk. Lots of good trails crossing the branches. Several rubs and scrapes along those travel corridors on this tract. Plenty of sign in the grass ditches through the fields that the deer are feeding through the property. Several oaks line the wood lots and should be producing mast in the early season. Access is possible from the south and the north on this property. ATV and camping are acceptable for hunting purposes only. Stay off the crop fields when planted, or when wet.
